    Accounts Payable Coordinator - Boston, MA

    We are assisting our client, located in Boston, MA, to search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their Accounting department. Responsibilities of this position will include:

    Responsibilities:
    • Process full cycle invoices - high volume
    • Perform month end activity
    • Provide vendor support
    • Post to the General Ledger system
    • Weekly check runs
    • Process expense reports
    • Enter invoices into accounting system
    Requirements:
    • Experience with AP, high volume is a plus
    • Excel and data entry skills
    • Strong communication skills
