Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training and developing staff. ,
- Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience. ,
- Very involved in front desk related tasks: Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns., Taking info calls., Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information., Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour., Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions. ,
- Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed. ,
- Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
