- This role will be responsible for managing the CTC Management of Change Process.
- This will include:
- Managing the agenda,
- Sending meeting invites,
- Coordinating MOC team members,
- Taking detailed notes in meetings,
- Identifying action plans,
- Supporting risk assessment documentation,
- Tracking completion of actions, and
- Closing out projects in the MOC tool.
- This role will also provide general support for the HSE team and may include the following: Using Ariba to create and manage Purchase Orders, supporting PPE purchase program, completing risk assessments, performing data analysis, preparing presentations, and managing programs.
