    Job PurposeThe Structured Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, servicing and reporting of loans.
    Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)

    The Structured Asset Management Analyst will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
    Lead Asset Management activities for a portfolio of loans including SFR, Build-to
    • Rent and Structured Bridge productAssist Asset Managers with financial statement entry and analysis of property operations compared to underwriting, borrower budgets, and stabilized projectionsAssist Asset Managers with market research, review and analysis of leases, appraisals and other third party reports, and preparation of valuation modelsProvide borrower support, loan administration and support on various ad hoc and special projects including production of data tapesPrepare and edit financial reports for investors, auditors, and senior management; including but not limited to CLO investor newsletters, management reports, and rating agency reports.
    Review and interpret construction and development documents, such as site plans, budgets, contracts, legal documents, and coordinate with borrower and respective staff to ensure the loans remain in compliance, on time and within budget.


    QualificationsEducation:
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline

    Experience:
    One to three years' experience in construction, finance or related field.

    Exposure to real estate, risk and financial analysis, valuation of commercial real estate properties, underwriting or asset management, client relationship management, distressed loan workouts, capital markets and property rehabilitations is desired.
