Software Engineer Intern - Senatobia, United States - ABB

Description

This is a job for a Software Engineer Intern position with the company located in Senatobia, MS area.

Responsibilities:
Obtain feedback from critical stakeholders involved in the new product or the process improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and on budget. Develop and maintain web-based applications for processes to improve their efficiency and eliminate waste. Find and pitch improvement ideas, and then execute ideas if approved into a full project. Document any best practices discovered and/or standards implemented. Mentoring and networking opportunities. Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions.


Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US. Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US. Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site is the responsibility of the intern.


Preferred majors:
software engineering, computer engineering, computer science.

experience with SQL, ASP .Net, HTML, C# preferred.
