    Holy Innocents' Episcopal School seeks a bilingual Admissions/Enrollment Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, demonstrating strong communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of families. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely. The schedule may include evening and weekend work hours.

    HIES is the country's largest Episcopal Parish Day school, offering a fully accredited college preparatory program for students aged three through 12th grade. HIES is located north of downtown Atlanta between I-75 and GA 400.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a targeted outreach strategy to attract and engage families from a wide variety of ethnicities, focusing on Latino/Hispanic families while maintaining cultural awareness and sensitivity.
    • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish throughout the entire admissions process, including creating and translating documents and web pages and providing translation services for presentations and conversations.
    • Build positive relationships with parents, community members, and feeder organizations, and actively engage with Latino/Hispanic community organizations, churches, and events to promote the school and build partnerships.
    • Plan and conduct specialized admissions events tailored to the needs and preferences of Latino/Hispanic families.
    • Coordinate events such as parent workshops, tours, and student ambassador programs.
    • Collaborate with the enrollment management team to support all special admissions events, the annual open house, tours, evaluations, orientation sessions, and other recruitment initiatives, review applications, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational and written) is highly preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with accuracy and professionalism.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences, with cultural sensitivity.
    • Familiarity with independent school environment and Episcopal traditions is a plus.

    Educational and Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, outreach, or community engagement roles is advantageous.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
