- Manage ECL Budget and Expenditure database to ensure program operates within the allotted budget
- Provide Management with periodic budget reports on balances of contracts and blanket purchase orders (POs)
- Initiate funding requests, draft scope of work, and coordinate with Contracts Unit to develop contracts for laboratory and equipment services
- Work with vendors to get required forms and documents to develop blanket POs for office and laboratory supplies and equipment
- Manage and track all service contracts and POs for goods. Processes invoices and packing slips on goods purchased and services rendered and enters invoices in database
- Preferred 1 year experience in budget, contract and/or grant management
- Experience working in a science-related field
- Preferred 1 year experience with administrative duties
