We're looking for a seasoned Fractional CFO to join our team and provide expert financial leadership to a select group of dynamic and growing companies.

In this unique part-time role, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, offering strategic financial insights and analysis.
• Oversee core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial models and projections to support growth initiatives, leveraging strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) skills.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
• Partner with existing accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth company.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
• Strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) skills, with experience in building and utilizing financial models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A passion for helping businesses achieve their financial goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
