Come join our team Main Street Childrens Dentistry of Kendall is looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist for our office located in Miami, FL Our ideal Dental Receptionist will have at least 2+ years experience working in a dental office or medical reception; knowledge of insurance plans PPO/HMO polices a plus; and exceptional customer service skills.

Bilingual a plus We offer a competitive salary, plus benefitsResponsibilities The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office.

They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls. They will assist patients in accordance with the training they have received ensuring patients receive the best possible service.

Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissalRespond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA PoliciesAnswering TelephonesScheduling AppointmentsMaintaining Appointment BookConfirming AppointmentsFollow up on no shows/cancellation of AppointmentsRegister Patients on sign in sheetPost charges and payments to patient accountsChecking voice-mail on a daily basisMaintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patientsQualifications Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferredKnowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plusExperience answering telephoneMust have exceptional customer service skillsAt DCA we dont just accept differences we celebrate them and recognize the value this brings to our patients and employees.
