Opportunities to be recognized for outstanding contributions to your team through our employee recognition programs About the Role:Will perform skilled general maintenance assignments in the mechanical and building trades.

Maintain and repair equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assist other maintenance personnel in completion of work orders and assignments.
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
All commercial plumbing, including installation of new toilets and urinals, P-traps, faucet installs, auto flush sensors, leaks, snakes/clogs, etc.
General pipe work, sweat copper, PVC, irrigation piping repairs.
Troubleshooting and repair of all lighting fixtures and systems. Including LED, fluorescent, lighting ballasts, drivers, contactors, breakers and circuit wiring.
Lock repairs, replacing handles, door locks, magnetic locks, doors, etc.
All building maintenance including tile, framing, painting, dry wall, etc.
General maintenance work including, but not limited to cleaning drains, install blinds, concrete, asphalt patch, etc.
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
Manage time effectively, and perform work in a safe and professional manner.
Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers.


Important Details:
This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 8:00 am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday


About You:
You'll fit right in if you have: Experience in HVAC maintenance or related fields.

Significant physical abilities include walking, standing, sitting, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, working from heights or in confined spaces, lifting or moving heavy objects, loading, unloading, reaching, handling, talking, hearing conversations and other sounds (potential hazards), visual acuity, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
