    Description

    Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

    Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (inclusive of a potential bonus of up to 50%, and full benefits)

    Location: Gila Bend, AZ

    Industry: Electrical

    The Position

    To oversee the maintenance and ensure the safe operation of the control and power systems within the plant, as well as to offer technical guidance and supervision to the electrical workforce.

    Responsibilities

    • Guarantee team safety and uphold a secure working environment for electrical equipment and control process operations.
    • Lead all initiatives related to electrical maintenance and system enhancements.
    • Supervise spare parts inventory and ensure adherence to maintenance, safety, LOTO regulations, and quality protocols.
    • Organize and manage electrical tasks during downtime and planned shutdowns.
    • Supervise the optimization of drive control systems, PLC control systems, and other closed-loop industrial control mechanisms.

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or possess significant experience in electrical maintenance.
    • Demonstrated track record in overseeing contractors and technical staff.
    • Proficiency in medium voltage systems and power distribution.
    • Familiarity with CAD software.
