Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing solutions on critical items to propose to the customers and to keep in good health the failure inventories of the Repair, RMA and Manufacturing process.
- Interfaces and confers with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
