    Territory:
    Houston Metro / Gulf CoastCompensation: $71,000 to $80, % quarterly bonus

    Work Setting:
    RemoteTravel: 4+ days per week on average - home daily for the most part. Maybe a few overnights every now and then depending on the candidate's location.


    Expense Reimbursement:
    Car Allowance (Gas/Miles); Communication Allowance (Cell Phone / Internet)
    • Mileage reimbursement.
    Company credit card for daily expenses. The company will provide a laptop, external monitor, printer, station dock, mouse, etc.

    Required Experience:
    Experience with Industrial Sales at either distribution or manufacturing requiredPreferred (Not Required): Manufacturing sales experience preferred. Industrial Safety Sales a significant plus.
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (Houston Area) to join our dynamic sales team.

    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.


    Job Responsibilitiesales Growth:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
    Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

    Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiencesCustomer Relationship Management:
    Act as the main point of contact for clients within the territory.
    Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable product or service solutions.
    Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.


    Territory Management:
    Effectively manage the sales territory, including planning and organizing sales visits.
    Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director or other members of the Sales Leadership team.

    Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
    Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
