We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to work at our luxury property, Weston Ranch in Madison, AL. We are Great Place to Work certified and you will not find a better work environment.

12 Paid Holidays3 weeks PTOFull Benefits, including a generous 401k plan$200 Call pay for weekRenewal bonusesMedical, Dental, AFLAC and other Voluntary BenefitsGREAT PLACE TO WORK CertifiedDuties:Under the direction and guidance of the Maintenance Director, the maintenance technician performs routine maintenance duties and other related tasks when assignedAssist the Maintenance Director with completion of service requests, make ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenancePerform On Call after hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency service requests and work a full Saturday scheduled rotation with the other service team membersAssist with maintaining up to date parts, tools and equipment inventories, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, warranty lists, etcEnsure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner and within the designated time frameMaintain a strong emphasis on customer service help instill this value in co-workersMaintain a safe work environment at all times and perform duties following all Federal, State and Flournoy safety policy and proceduresAssist Maintenance Director in other duties as assigned/directedQualifications:2 years experience in Multifamily or Commercial Property maintenanceMust be CPO certified and have pool maintenance experienceMust have a current EPA certificationUnderstand and comply with the Equal Housing Opportunity requirementsExperience using a computer to manage schedules, make ready, service requests, email, etc.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staffStrong passion for delivering best in class service to help ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Retention possibleAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasksMust be able to complete work accurately and timely manner; ensuring Market Ready and Service Requests are completed on scheduleValid driver's license is required, as well as dependable transportationMust be able to work with limited supervision
