    Job Title:

    Program ManagerLocation: Addison, TXDescription:You will be shepherding the delivery of a large-scale global strategic program in support of guest Self-Service capabilities, managing the program from initiation to execution and ongoing adaptation.

    You will be key in delivering new strategies, capabilities & ways of working within the Hilton organization and ensuring scoping, resourcing, execution and adoption is aligned and prioritized as appropriate.

    Projects will span a number functions/disciplines (e.g. customer experience, technology, operations, brand, marketing, loyalty program, and commercial services).

    You will also be responsible for helping develop and refine tools, templates, and standard methodologies to continuously improve our program management capabilities.

    In this position, you will need to excel at building relationships quickly in a dynamic organization, actively engaging with team members at all levels of the organization and maintaining flexibility to change direction when needed.

    What your day-to-day will be like:Translate the product roadmap and various functional plans into comprehensive and concrete project plans that include the delivery of Hilton digital products and on-property technology, operational change management initiatives, partner communications and product supportAnticipate, identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and challenges that might put project plans at risk and navigate associated intake and demand governance processes across teamsCommunicate program plans and status to internal partners throughout the project lifecycle and support product teams in regular product communicationsSupport product launches and scaled rollouts at hotels, partnering with hotel operations, deployment and support teams to ensure quality execution of products according to plansHow you will collaborate with others:Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton and with vendors, including working closely with product, engineering, design, data science, analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teamsPartner with internal and external stakeholders, building deep knowledge of technical, product and business requirements, to ensure the successful delivery of project plansTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:Seven (7) years of work experience in digital program management, project management, or a related fieldExperience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Smartsheet and AirTableIt would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, marketing, hospitality, or a related fieldFive (5) years in consulting, customer experience, digital or technology-related fieldOne (1) year of experience in hospitality, with an understanding of hotel operationsExperience with cloud platforms, product environments, or related technologiesAgile development experiencePMP or relevant project management or Agile certification#J-18808-Ljbffr
