    The Marketing & Assistant General Manager role will have an emphasis on promoting the business to the community. This role will come with important day to day operation responsibilities as well as promotional advertising goals. A typical day may including opening/closing the facility or setting up a booth at a local sporting event to market our location. Through the day you will call/visit with coaches, directors, and parents to promote the business for camps, events, clinics, classes, and lessons.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the facility
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
    • Manage and coordinate activities, including scheduling, preparation, marketing, selling, and presentation
    • Supervise staff and ensure proper production and customer service
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
    • Assist in scheduling and managing shifts to ensure smooth operations
    • Coordinate events and banquet functions
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

    Job Requirements
    • Previous experience in management
    • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
    • Knowledge of management principles and practices
    • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Knowledge of inventory control procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
