    Description


    Zachary Piper Solutions is seekinga BI Developer/Cloud Engineer to join a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence team supporting our customers migrations from an on-premises Oracle Enterprise Edition data warehouse to Redshift data warehouse in AWS.

    This opportunity is

    in Huntsville, AL and will be done through 100% on-site work.

    This opportunity requires a

    Top Secret

    clearance and the ability to maintain that level of clearance for the duration of employment.

    NO C2C OR 1099

    Responsibilities for the BI Developer/Cloud Engineer includes:

    • Work with our data warehouse engineer and AWS solutions architect to move the current on-premises TIBCO WebFOCUS application to the AWS cloud
    • Implement changes to objects and code to support cloud migration tasks
    • Create TIBCIO stored procedures, TIBCO Excel, HTML, and PDF reports
    • Work with DB Visualizer to connect directly to AWS Redshift to analyze data stored outside of TIBCO WebFOCUS

    Qualifications of the BI Developer/Cloud Engineer includes:

    • 5+ years of experience minimum
    • Must possess a minimum of a Top Secret clearance
    • Experience with writing PL/SQL code to carry out ETL form an OLTP system to a Dimensional Data Warehouse for both complete loads and incremental loads
    • Knowledge and a deep understanding of AWS services (like Redshift), applications, and best practices for AWS architecture
    • Hands on experience in different domains such as business analytics and database architecture

    Compensation for the BI Developer/Cloud Engineer include:

    Salary Range:
    Up to $170,000 based on experience
