    Position:

    Certified Pharmacy Technician II

    Description:

    We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

    • 2 Rotating Positions
    • 1 Evening Position

    All positions will work 40 hours per week, including shifts every third weekend.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school graduation or equivalent
    • Licensure / Certification: Approved Pharmacy Technician Certification. Active registration as a Certified Tech with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy or Ohio Pharmacy Technician Trainee license
    • Experience: Previous pharmacy technician experience is desirable
    • Effective Communication Skills
    • Aptitude in mathematical manipulations (ratios, proportions, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the fulfillment of orders/prescriptions
    • Prepare intravenous admixtures, including chemotherapy, following aseptic techniques
    • Handle inventory control and restocking of medications
    • Prepare sterile products and maintain accurate records
    • Assist in billing processes
