    The starting salary for this position is $61,906. annualized.

    Consumer Lending Systems Analyst Role:

    This position is responsible for the full administration and optimization of the Loan Operating System and all integrated third-party systems. Systems include, but are not limited to: Meridian Link, TruStage Digital Store Front, DealerTrack, RouteOne, JD Power, Experian Autocount, and Meridian Link Insight. This position is responsible for increasing automation, efficiency, member experience, improving system related processes, creating digital fulfillment enhancements, and fully utilizing the features of the systems. This position will also test and administer rate, program, and guideline changes within the configuration of the Loan Operating System and any other systems impacted. This position will maintain and adhere to the procedures for various tasks within all components of our systems, which include rate tables, custom logic, automated actions, integration settings, and more. Additionally, this role will act as the primary responsible party for projects and/or other requests that impact our systems.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    30%

    Responsible for configuration, maintaining system stability, maintenance, managing updates, managing users, planning full system upgrades, planning system changes, and all other technical aspects of MeridianLink BETA, MeridianLink DEMO, and MeridianLink LIVE. Additionally, manages all user aspects and coordinates all third-party interactions of all loan systems including, but not limited to building new loan products, updating documents, updating loan rates, and testing within the systems. Acts as a liaison with other departments and third-party vendors to manage impacts to Consumer Lending Systems.

    Attends applicable conferences and webinars to stay current on the credit union's Lending system updates. Must be the product expert and continuously be able to make recommendations to management to make system enhancements that meet or exceed the credit union's goals. Have a strong working knowledge of applicant decisioning, processing, and funding for both Direct and Indirect lending.

    Manages online digital loan campaigns including, but not limited to: working with the credit reporting agency to develop a pre-approval list, programming loan rates, uploading prospect lists, and setting lending parameters. Must forecast, monitor, and report results from promotional offerings.

    Perform administrative duties such as invoice administration, disclosure reviews, and managing all loan documentation within our Direct and Indirect systems.

    Assists with various projects related to Consumer Lending and the Loan Operating System.

    Performance Measurements:

    1.

    Prepares and presents monthly analysis to Consumer Lending Management

    Oversee and monitor all maintenance and configuration related to the LOS and other related systems for Direct and Indirect lending.

    3.

    Ensures proper integration between applicable loan systens and all third party vendors

    4.

    Tests new loan products, processes, etc. in applicable loan system

    5.

    Proactively seeks opportunities for Loan Operating System efficiencies by networking with other credit unions, attending workshops, and staying current on all system updates Research LOS efficiency enhancements to continually improve system capabilities.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Experience

    Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

    Education

    (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

    Interpersonal Skills

    Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
