POSITION SUMMARY:
The OR Assistant under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse, assists in the treatment and care of patients in the surgical phase of their treatment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent.
One year patient care experience preferably in a hospital setting.
REQUIRED LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
