    POSITION TITLE

    Human Resource, Senior Director

    Healthcare Division: OVIK Health

    As Milliken's newest division, we are a team of innovators advancing healthcare technologies to improve patient care.     POSITION OVERVIEW

    In partnership with the business and the Division VP HR, this position will support and implement strategic talent management and HR service delivery projects and processes across the Healthcare division, including all stages of the associate life cycle, such as supporting with talent acquisition and on-boarding, capability building, talent development and succession plans, organizational design, associate engagement, total rewards/incentive programs, and off-boarding. This role will be specifically dedicated to the support of teams in our Business Units, while working within the division HR team to provide broader support as needed.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as a strategic partner to the division presidents and their management teams, advising on change management, employee engagement and the development of company HR objectives as they relate to specific growth strategies for the Healthcare division respectively as part of the overall business strategy for Milliken.
    • Work with division president and HR team to develop and implement talent management and HR service delivery projects and processes to enable growth; may act as project manager for certain initiatives
    • Work alongside the business' people managers and associates to deliver HR services; participate in business meetings when appropriate
    • Administer and support the talent acquisition process to attract the right quality of candidates that align with business needs
    • Administer and support the performance management process across the division
    • Organize and facilitate training sessions as needed
    • Work with division leadership and HR team to create a work environment that promotes growth, diversity, and associate satisfaction as part of the division's culture
    • Assist with coordination of division engagement and communication programs
    • Partner with division president, the business, HR, and finance teams to administer total rewards/incentive programs that drive growth behaviors (i.e. sales incentive compensation)
    • Provide sound and pragmatic advice to managers on associate relations matters
    • Work with HR Operations to manage and standardize new hire on-boarding and off-boarding
    • Maintain a pulse on the division's culture through frequent interaction with managers and associates
    • Leverage and optimize HR systems and administration, including reporting and analytics
    • Work with global HR network and external partners to manage and facilitate state required employment arrangements, legal/work permits, etc. as appropriate
    • May participate in M&A integration duties as needed
    • Interpret company policies and practices as appropriate, ensuring adherence to Milliken codes of conduct and legal compliance (federal, state, local, international)
    • Lead or participate in investigations and compliance matters as needed
    • Support DEI initiatives across the division, including support with our manufacturing sites

    QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
    • 10+ years related HR experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment
    • Experience with human resources in the Healthcare industry
    • Fluency in Spanish and English
    • Experience managing direct reports
    • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and/or administering organizational development and/or talent management programs
    • Demonstrated experience with a broad range of associate relations matters and proven ability to deliver sound HR advice on sensitive matters
    • Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, state laws, etc.
    • Position will require ability to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally
