    Duties


    • Support Operations Support Team Lead with day-to-day operations of the team.
    • Train and become adept at using existing and new software solutions that support business processes in a shared environment, e.g
    tasker management.


    • Apply organizational skills and use of automated systems to assign, track, and close taskers that are initiated both internally and externally and issued across the center.
    • Provide customer service to answer or field questions about taskers and use of our tasker management system.
    • Collaborate and apply quality control in a timely manner to compile tasker responses from multiple sources into one consolidated and consistent final product

    • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
    • Up to 5% Temporary Duty (TDY)
    • This position may require a one-year trial/probationary period

    Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g.

    General Experience:
    Three years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level, which includes work that involves 1) building customer relationships across an organization; 2) maintaining and/or creating job aides to collect and/or track information/data; 3) responding to requests/taskers and coordinating replies; 4) Using various functions of several types of office automation systems such as word processing, data base management, electronic spreadsheets, and graphics packages to complete assignments
    This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-01/GS-04)

    OR Education:
    Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
    OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%
    To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36
    Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120
    Add the two percentages

    FOREIGN EDUCATION:

    If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.
