- Accurately picking customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Assembling various types of merchandise for shipment.
- Carrying or transporting orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
- Repacking and weighing any orders that require such handling when necessary, and reporting quality variances.
- Ensuring that standards for quality, customer services, health, and safety are met.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assisting in conducting physical inventories as required.
- Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience in warehouse picking, shipping, quality auditing preferred.
- Ability to stand or walk up to 95% of the time.
- Ability to left heavy products lbs.) 50% of the time, and moderate-weight products lbs.) 65% of the time.
- Ability to push/pull 40% of the time.
- Ability to bend at the waist, twist and stoop 40% of the time.
