We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to oversee and provide medical wellness services, including lab testing, metabolic panels, and hormone evaluations. This role has a medical scope with also aesthetics experience.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct medical consultations, order and interpret hormone and metabolic panels, and develop personalized wellness plans within scope of Washington State licensure.

The NP will also perform select non-invasive aesthetic and regenerative treatments within scope, including services such as microneedling and other integrative wellness procedures offered at Recoupia.

This is an ideal independent contractor role that requires a strong clinical foundation, independent judgment, and a collaborative spirit within a holistic environment. Also a great opportunity if you are looking to switch from a hospital environment to a relaxing wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations
• Order, interpret, and manage hormone and metabolic lab panels
• Develop individualized wellness plans within scope of practice
• Perform select non-invasive aesthetic and regenerative treatments (e.g., microneedling, cryotherapy, etc)
• Ensure full compliance with Washington State regulations
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Collaborate with estheticians and wellness providers
• Provide medical oversight for services requiring supervision (as applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State NP license (in good standing)
• DEA license (if applicable)
• Ability to independently order and interpret lab work
• Experience with hormone, metabolic, or preventative health assessments
• Experience with bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT)
• Strong understanding of Washington State scope-of-practice regulations
• Professional liability insurance
• Experience performing procedures within NP licensure scope of practice
• Strong interpersonal and consultation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in integrative or functional medicine
• Experience managing bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT)
• Experience performing microneedling or non-invasive aesthetic procedures
• Background in regenerative or wellness-focused practice
• Experience in a medical spa or boutique wellness clinic
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
