Job Summary
Assume the responsibility for specific tasks as directed by the Restorative/Charge Nurse.The Restorative Nursing Assistant is a Certified Nursing Assistant that has been given additional training in the area of rehabilitation,
which provides restorative care to the assigned residents.
- Transport residents to and from appointments in house when applicable
- Coordinates Restorative Programs with other departments as needed to ensure Program is not missed.
- Able to clearly follow the written word, document resident outcomes on a daily basis,
- and communicate changes observed or voiced to immediate supervisor
