Manager for Drywall

Fort Myers, FL

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

We seek a highly

skilled

and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to manage our Fort

Myers office

operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of

experience using

Quickbid and O.S.T software.


Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates for

Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T & EIFS.

Read and understand

blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.

Provide value engineering

suggestions, alternates, or price breakouts as required.

Communicate verbally or in

writing with general contractors.

Act as a team leader and

work well with others.

Aggressively pursue sales

and business development opportunities.

Report directly to the

owner.

Attend construction events

and seminars related to the industry as directed by

management.


Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of

experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Quickbid

and O.S.T software.

Strong communication and

leadership skills.

Ability to read and

interpret blueprints and contract documents.

Proven track record of

successfully managing projects.

Strong sales and business

development skills.
