Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to lead our property operations within a defined portfolio.Responsibilities include ensuring properties are maintained at the highest standard, providing guidance and training to on-site team members, reviewing/auditing property administrative practices,
and resolving escalated resident concerns/complaints.
- A college degree or commensurate experience in real estate and property management.
- 7+ years of related multi-family experience preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of local real estate markets.
