    In this role you will have the responsibility to advance multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives within the Pharmaceutical Sciences organization.

    By partnering closely with Senior leaders both within and outside of department, you will propose strategic direction, gain endorsement, and execute upon aligned goals and objectives.

    Lead and manage high-priority initiatives that span multiple functions by defining goals, key milestones and reporting process
    Develop agendas and manage cross-functional meetings to ensure decisions and action items are fully addressed
    Contributes to the best practices of Project Management & Strategic Operations to support the continued success and evolution of the department
    In depth understanding of pharmaceutical sciences functional areas
    Experience in cross-functional execution including medium to large-scale projects
    Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects at a given time, ensuring deadlines, budgets and status updates
    Developed communication skills and the ability to synthesize data and information into meaningful insights
    Bachelor Degree in scientific, engineering or related discipline.
    Minimum of 8 years relevant biotech/pharmaceutical development, operational, and/or project management work experience or other relevant experience.
