    Field Service Manager - Machine Tools - Gastonia, NC


    Seeking Service Manager for the region to focus on workforce management; service delivery metrics; customer dispute reduction, mitigation and root cause analysis; cost and quality improvements, and staff development.


    Hire, coach, motivate, and manage technical staff.

    *
    • Execute training plan and program compliance.
    *
    • Schedule and manage field work.
    *
    • Maintain inventory of parts, equipment and tooling.
    *
    • Develop solid customer relationships.
    Requires prior experience repairing and maintaining CNC Machine Shop Equipment.
