    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and support to individuals across various healthcare settings. Your expertise and skills will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide highquality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
    • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures
    • Document patient information accurately and maintain uptodate medical records
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
    • Stay updated on current medical practices, procedures, and technologies through continuing education

    Requirements:

    • Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
    • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in [specialty]
    • Indepth knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Proficient in providing primary care services including DME, catheterization, airway management, ostomy care, etc.
    • Experience in dementia care, infant care, dialysis, ER is highly desirable
    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
