- Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
- Practices as a full partner on the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR
- Independently plans care for patients before, during, and after procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plan for cardiovascular patients
- You'll be a trusted educator and resource for your patients' recovery thanks to the care plans you develop and implement
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum two year of RN experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire date

PRN employees must maintain minimum standard availability, in which to perform work as follows: -
Four (4) shifts per month -
Two (2) of the Four (4) shifts occurring on a Weekend -
One (1) Winter Holiday -
One (1) Summer Holiday -
