    Job Title - Helpdesk-Analyst
    Location - San Antonio, TX 78245 / Hybrid
    Duration - 12 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance.)


    Pay Rate:
    ($22-$23) hourly


    Requirement:
    At least 1-year Helpdesk Experience
    MS Office Experience
    VDI Support
    WIN 10 Experience
    Good Understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS Networks
    Active Directory Responsibilities
    Take 40+ calls per day, plus the ability to work in between calls on other work as assigned.
    Some experience with L2 & L3 support is a big plus.
    Windows remote assistant - to remote into someone's machine.
