Establishes and supervises daily structure and routine procedures., Ensures that other staff complete assigned duties and document accordingly., Plans conducts or organizes program activities during shift.+, +Certifications/License:
Valid Oregon Driver's license and insurable under agency's insurance. Ability to pass crisis intervention training which includes verbal physical intervention principles. (See Looking Glass employment page for details.) Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification.
