Join the team at Sharon Woods Golf Course We are accepting applications for part-time Guest Experiences Attendants II for Outside Services Pro Shop and Snack Bar at Sharon Woods Golf Course These part-time positions work various shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays At Great Parks our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations As a Guest Experiences Attendant II you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment of our facilities You will greet and serve guests that are visiting the golf course and clubhouse area Your goal will be to create a positive memorable experience for all Standard practice allows the employee to operate independently on regular duties while referring questionable situations to a supervisor h1Responsibilities/h1 ul liWorks assigned schedule exhibits regular punctual attendance can pick up extra shifts if desired/li liOpens facilities prepares daily business Closes secures facilities end of business day/li liMaintains cleanliness guest employee areas including restrooms May include other housekeeping duties/li liPerforms job duties accordance with Great Parks Hamilton County policies procedures performance expectations /li liMaintains privacy confidential sensitive information/ul pPro Shop:/p ulliliGreet guests arrival golf course Handle guest inquiries/uliliConfirm guest tee times payment beginning round/run register handle cash/uliliAnswer phone excellent customer service Book tee times over phone reservation system//lililiCreate pro shop merchandise displays Keeps pro shop merchandise orderly //li/lipOutside Services: /p ulliliCheck guests in tee times Handles starting play off first tee //lililiHelps guests maintain pace-of-play golf course/Cleans maintains golf carts daily Performs various grounds maintenance Operates minimal amount of equipment tools/p/Snack Bar:/p ulliCook food serve alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages Keep snack bar area patio clean orderly//ulliQualifications:/ppuliMust available work various shifts weekends evenings holidays Ability document identity employment eligibility within three days original appointment condition employment compliance Immigration Reform Control Act requirements/p/preferred Qualifications:/ppuliExperience industry Experience cash handling point-sale systems/p/Benefits include membership Ohio Public Employees Retirement System free discounted use many Great Parks Hamilton County recreational activities./pgreat parks equal employment opportunity employer Qualified applicants receive consideration without regard race religion color sex age national origin ancestry disability military status or any classification protected under applicable law.p>
