Spherion is currently seeking tugger operators to support recycling efforts within the HONDA plants
1st and 2nd shift available

Responsibilities:
Moves product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader.
Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Records amounts of materials or items received and distributed.Maintains the equipment in a safe and clean manner and reports service requests as needed.
Follows safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures.
May require forklift operation certification.

Skills:
Must be able to continuously lift 30-75 pounds with an ability to carry such 30-50 feet
Perform tasks that require continuous reaching, grasping, twisting, leaning and bending
Must be able to read/write and legibly complete paperwork and communicate effectively using the English language.
Work in a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates in the organization
Add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, using weight measurement, volume and distance
Possess organizational, priority/time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution

High School

Qualifications:
Would like to see longevity with an employer; no job hopping
No gaps in employment barring extenuating circumstances
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a great attendance record
Must have a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
Must be able to work overtime. Includes coming in early, staying over, working Saturday and holidays if needed
