- Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.

- Level 1 Trauma Experience (preferred)
- Travel experience (required)
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, anticipating the needs of surgeons and other team members.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure all aseptic techniques are followed.
- Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
- Assist with patient positioning and draping.
- Handle and care for surgical specimens.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from an accredited program..
- Minimum of 2years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
