Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. Your craftsmanship, precision, and commitment to quality will play a critical role in ensuring the strength and reliability of our products. As a Fabricator at Trimax, You Will:
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
- Cut, form, and weld steel components using MIG and TIG processes.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, shears, rollers, and saws.
- Assemble fabricated parts and sub-assemblies to exact tolerances.
- Perform quality checks to ensure components meet Trimax standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, assembly, and paint teams to ensure smooth production flow.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding, ideally in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Solid understanding of workshop safety practices and handling of fabrication equipment.
- Relevant trade qualification or welding certification preferred, but not essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
