- Collaborate with project managers to track costs and ensure accurate accounting of project-specific expenditures and revenues.
- Continuously review and improve financial management processes.
- Prepare invoices to clients using Sage 300, various SAP systems, and customer-supplied AIA forms within monthly billing deadlines.
- Manage lien waivers, project closeout documents, and WIP schedules.
- Review subcontractor invoice submissions to ensure compliance with contract provisions and budgetary limits.
- Analyze job cost reports and compile cost impacts based on delays in project schedules.
- Participate in CCIP and OCIP project enrollments and audits.
- Assist with accounts receivable collections and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Support year-end closing and perform miscellaneous projects assigned by management.
- Provide backup for accounts payable and payroll manager functions when required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
