    Description
    We are hiring an IT Support Technician to support one of our clients in the Las Vegas area.

    Job Description & Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site IT Support for client and end users.
    • Manage partnerships with 3rd party vendors.
    • Hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
    • Verify internet connection to outside world (through Cisco routers, switches, Wireless access points);
    • Verify Wi-Fi coverage throughout building
    • Fail over testing
    • Work with engineers to trouble shoot all problems
    • Verify physical cabling, switch, routers all match designs.
    • Computer installation and verification.
    • Print support and troubleshooting.
    • Provide onsite post go-live end-user support and collaborate with Service Desk and IT to troubleshoot and resolve end-user support needs.
    • Collaborate with and support the clinical training team.
    • Inventory and asset management.
    What You Bring:
    • 2-3 years of on-site IT Support experience.
    • Experience with the bullet points listed above.
    • Ability to be on-site everyday in Las Vegas.
    Compensation & Logistics:
    • $25-28/hr
    • 6 month contract-to-hire
