    Description

    The Department of Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine and the Tulane Health Systems is seeking board certified/board eligible urologists to join our full-time faculty.

    Our department is a tertiary care practice in downtown New Orleans. Candidates who are fellowship-trained in voiding dysfunction/neurology/female urology are particularly sought.

    We are also interested in those with fellowship training in reconstructive urology and andrology/fertility/prosthetics, though applications from generalists and other sub-specialties are also welcome.

    In addition to the Tulane University Hospital and Clinics, the candidates will be part of an expanding medical practice, including the new VA Medical Center and the state owned University Medical Center.

    The academic appointment will be through the School of Medicine.

    This is a unique opportunity for individuals to establish a clinical practice and be a part of urology residency and fellowship training, medical student education, and basic and clinical research.


    The applicant should have completed a fellowship program in the above named Urologic Subspecialty, an ACGME accredited residency in the US, be eligible for Louisiana state medical license, and be fully credentialed at the Tulane University's hospitals prior to the faculty start date.
