Currently seeking individuals for:
We perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, snow removal, high level cleaning and other exterior facilities maintenance. Interested candidates should be in good physical condition with ability to lift 50lbs on regular basis, bend, kneel, squat, sit, push, pull, stand and work outdoors for long periods of time. This work can be physically demanding. No fear of heights. Training, uniforms, tools and truck provided.
Qualifications and Skills
No prior experience is required. If you do not have experience as a professional window cleaner but have similar experience; construction, roofing, building or facilities maintenance, landscaping, painting or power washing, tower or rock climbing, rope access technician, SPRAT or IRATA training or certification you may also enjoy this type of work. Even if you have never performed window cleaning or those other services but enjoy interacting with customers, providing great customer service, being outdoors, working independently or with others this may be a good fit for you. Safety and industry specific training provided to all employees as well as ongoing training and opportunities for obtaining industry related certifications.

Within the cleaning industry, there is fierce competition. More than 50 franchise brands offer office cleaning, home cleaning or carpet cleaning. About the only segment of the popular cleaning industry that isn't crowded with franchise systems is residential window cleaning.

Windows, decks, gutters and sidewalks get dirty no matter what the economy does. People who value a clean home continue to spend on maintaining and caring for their largest investment. Because of this, window cleaning can be a highly recession-resistant industry that can't be outsourced overseas and won't fall victim to automation
More time for everyone
The window cleaning, window tinting and pressure washing industry offers other advantages. Unlike commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning franchises that require evening and weekend work, residential cleaning is typically performed Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.
