    Description

    **Job Title:** Patient Care / Health Aide

    The primary goal of this role is to provide comprehensive support and care for individuals in need, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with a wide range of daily activities, including but not limited to:
    • • Personal care tasks such as bathing, shampooing, combing hair, brushing teeth, shaving, and dressing
    • • Laundry and linen management
    • • Tidying up living spaces and ensuring common areas are organized and free from hazards
    • • Planning and preparing nutritious meals based on clients' dietary needs and preferences
    • • Helping clients adhere to their prescribed medication schedules by providing timely reminders, ensuring medications are taken in the correct doses, and keeping accurate records of medication usage

    Requirements:

    • Empathy and compassion towards clients
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
    • Reliability and punctuality

    Work Environment:

    This role requires working in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with flexibility and adaptability in their work environment.
