- Manage day-to-day operations
- Develop, train, and manage team members
- Implement our unique processes and procedures that lead to a successful restaurant, while bringing creative ideas to make improvements, where necessary.
- Form authentic experiences with guest, while resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure high quality food preparation, while adhering to the high food safety standards
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant operating needs, including adjusting staffing level during assigned shifts.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and manage operating cost, including labor and COGS
- Monitors and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and portion control. Places orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control procedures.
- Monitors performance of vendors.
- Work closely with owners to ensure we are providing the very best to our staff and customers.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English not required but extremely helpful.
- 2-5 Years restaurant management/leadership experience, required.
- 5 Year Restaurant / Hospitality Industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skill
- Available to work a five-day set schedule and be flexible when the need arises.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty and be a team player
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of restaurant.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- May be required work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
