    As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of OneFortyOne NZ's commercial operations.


    THE ROLE
    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to commercial activities.

    This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimise revenue generation while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

    Other responsibilities include:
    Complete budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and financial planning processes
    Regular reporting on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational activities
    Monthly management reporting across multiple business units, also quarterly reports including variance analysis and waterfall charts
    Review and establish performance analysis, forecast models, and reporting systems across the business
    Be the finance champion on systems and business development projects, including support with preparing business cases and financial models
    Ensure accuracy of revenue and production costs data
    Oversight of revenue and production accounting, export arrangements, and contract management activities
    Continual focus on team development and guidance
    Your Profile
    Proven and relevant commercial experience, with the ability to interface effectively across the wider business and OFO group
    Business Degree with high commercial acumen and a systems skill set
    Proven people leader, or already on that path
    Solid financial modelling and advanced Excel is a must, experience with NetSuite would be advantageous, as well as working knowledge of Power BI
    Experience with valuation concepts, NVP's and waterfall tables
    Current knowledge of IFRS accounting standards would be an advantage
    Proactive business partner with developed interpersonal skills and the drive to collaborate
    Confident to challenge the status quo
    Full, unrestricted working rights within NZ
