    State Farm Agency in Miami, 33156 has an immediate opening for a full time, Bilingual (Spanish/English), Licensed (440) Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, personable and people oriented.

    This individual will be responsible for meeting client needs and properly responding to customer issues with the appropriate products and services.     Office Hours:

    Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Establish customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
    • Support and follow up with customers via phone, in person, or email with insurance options, explain coverage's, process policy changes, and assist with billing.
    • Answer phone calls in office, filing, clerical office duties
    • Back-up the receptionist on the phone as needed
    • Establish insurance client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Must have a: State of Florida Customer Service License- 440
    • Bilingual - English and Spanish speaker
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • Organizational skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Detail oriented
    • Proactive in problem solving
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people
