Job summary
We are looking for friendly and uniformed individuals to join our team as Truck Captains – Junk Removal Specialists. As the first point of contact for clients on the job, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring 110% satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the junk truck at all times.
- Educate clients about pricing and services prior to giving an estimate.
- Maintain daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment etc.)
- Priced jobs aggressively meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
