    The Plant Manager will embark on an exhilarating journey of strategizing, planning, executing, and delivering results. They will directly oversee various aspects, including safety, quality, operations, human resources, materials, engineering, and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the role entails managing the manufacturing facilities, encompassing operations, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, finance, scheduling, and inventory management.

    This exciting position demands hands-on leadership to ensure the plant operates safely and efficiently while effectively managing and evaluating staff performance across multiple departments.     Absolute Minimum Must Have's / Experience / Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with 3+ years of experience as a Plant Manager with a scope of 200+ employees and an annual budget of $20M+
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or a related discipline. Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Proven skill and demonstrated application ofcontinuous improvement practices in a manufacturing environment (Kaizen, TPS, Lean, Six Sigma, Danaher, etc)
    • Exceptional communication skills with subordinates, peers and managers; cross cultural/global interactions
    • Hands-on leadership style
    • Turnaround experience desired,

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Highly engineered product manufacturing experience is a plus

    Responsibilities:

    1. Ensuring the safe operations of the manufacturing facility through active engagement driving continuous improvement initiatives geared at ensuring the safety of employees and best in class manufacturing operations.
    2. Daily review of operations to maintain detailed understanding of daily operational performance targets.
    3. Participation in the formulation and administration of company policies, directing, and coordinating all department activities to develop and implement short-term and long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
    4. Reviewing analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
    5. Conferring with direct staff to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current operational status, and conditions.
    6. Overseeing manufacturing, production planning and materials departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and facility problems to manage cost, effectively utilize manufacturing assets and prevent operational delays.
    7. Reviewing all Capital Expenditure requirements and recommends and approves all major purchases of equipment, material and supplies for the facility.
    8. Overseeing key projects, processes and performance reports, data, and analysis.
    9. Reviewing operations and plans to meet sales requirements.
    10. Reviewing and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning, and submittal for capital expenditures.
    11. Setting objectives for all departments consistent with meeting business plan/metrics.
    12. Serving as the role model for cultural transformation within the manufacturing plant.
    13. Developing talent and building strong performance in teams and developing plant leadership to create viable succession plans.
