- Perform mammography and imaging procedures in compliance with FDA, ARRT, and state guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Participate in QA and CQI activities to maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT registry in Radiology and Mammography required.
- Permit to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Montana required.
- 3–5 years of radiographic/mammography experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA/ARRT educational requirements for independent mammography practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
- Adaptable to changing schedules and departmental needs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, organization, and emotional maturity.
