The Manager Surgical Services (RN) will manage the day to day operations across the Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, Pre Op, PACU, and Central Sterile Supply with a team of ~75 FTE's.
Performs over 9k annual procedures including general, orthopedic, urology, bariatrics, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, and robotics
Position reports directly to an inspirational and collaborative Director of Surgical Services

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager,
Perioperative Services:
BSN preferred (Associate's degree in Nursing required)
RN Active License
CERNER experience is a plus
Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
Seeking a servant leader who is dedicated to staff development, and helping the department and organization get to the next level
