    We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.

    The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing general ledger accounts, and overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

    They should also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    A CPA certification is preferred but not requiredResponsibilities:

    • Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
    • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
    • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
    • Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
    • Manages the payroll process.
    • Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
    • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
    • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
    • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Proven working experience as an Accountant or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficient in using accounting software, GoogleSuite, and MS Office, especially Excel
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with Quickbooks Online and Hubspot a plus#J18808Ljbffr
